To report a bug, please include as much details as possible and post it on a new topic.
Details needed:
- Steps to reproduce
- Any error messages
- Whether you were logged in or logged out (as an anonymous user)
- Date and time the bug occurred
Note: It is preferred that when you report a bug that you're logged into our forums so that we'll be able to email you if we need more details. When you create a topic as a logged in user, you'll also be automatically subscribed to the topic where you'll receive updates when the thread is updated.
