Really sorry about that.
It's nuts, but we didn't even realize our email was down until we received a ping from Shopify regarding a negative review someone had left.
We use Google Apps for our email service and they misconfigured our email system (during an upgrade). As you can understand, we're as disappointed as our customers here. Again, apologies -- the email should work now.
