  • Hi there,

which Loyalty Apps do support Champ? We see that we have to incentivize our users to get active and want to give them points to write messages or open new topics. Is champ already supported by some of the apps?

There aren't any current integrations with loyalty apps. However, there is an webhook system that some users have used to integrate with other apps. Here's the relevant part of the user guide to give you some idea of how to use it: https://getchamp.net/guides/webhooks/

The basics of it is that whenever an event occurs in Champ (eg. a user creates a topic), Champ can be configured to send a webhook to the loyalty app's API, which then (I presume), does something there.

Alternatively, Champ has its own leaderboard and points system which you can use.

The leaderboard is located at https://getchamp.myshopify.com/community/champ/points. You will need to change the URL.

You can configure the points system in the app's dashboard.

  • Support them, build loyalty around your brand and create organic words of mouth. With this in mind, Champ is a Shopify app designed to let you easily open a new forum on your Shopify store. One thing I want to know is that either it supports gbwa or not.

How to format posts

Champ uses Markdown for formatting text in posts. Certain markup tags (eg. H1) are forbidden to ensure that pages remain semantically compliant. Other tags are automatically sanitized to ensure all content is secure.

  • Emphasis, aka italics, with *asterisks* or _underscores_.
  • Strong emphasis, aka bold, with **asterisks** or __underscores__.
  • Combined emphasis with **asterisks and _underscores_**.
  • Strikethrough uses two tildes. ~~Scratch this.~~
  • Links are added automatically, but can be formatted like so: [My link](https://mylink.com)
For more information, take a look at the Markdown Cheatsheet.
