Planned Champ Features (December 2019)

As usual, a monthly thread is created to keep our customers informed about what new features are coming up.

Upcoming:

• More moderator controls for users (eg. points) - December/January
• Icon/picture for forums - December
• Allow tagging of topics - December

Deferred:

• Timestamps for private messages - TBD

Done:

• Add customization (eg. nickname) to leaderboard
• Option to hide all user names

Is there any feature planned to edit forums in bulk?
For example, enabling the poll feature across multiple forums at once.

Hi @brett, no there isn't any plans for that feature. In the poll example you provided, each poll needs to accompany its own topic (which needs to be individually created) anyway, so a bulk create feature wouldn't fit with the way things are designed. Could you further elaborate what you're looking to do?

I talked about polls activation/deactivation as a dummy example. And it was very dummy indeed.

Let's assume I want to change the access using a Shopify tag across many forums. The bulk edit could help here.

Agreed this not a must-needed feature at all. Just more convenient rather than updating each forum individually.
