Where do I insert the HTML and so on...The notifications are auto generated. The HTML you see in the screenshot that you had attached is used for the template using the Liquid code format that Shopify uses.
You don’t need to modify the default code as it works already. If you’re looking to add something specific or alter it, then you can do so by appending text to it. I’d recommend adding it like so:
<p>Your text here... etc</p>
