How to Moderate Users

Any way to moderate new users to prevent spam?

There is no single good way to prevent spam. It requires a lot of manual moderation eg. Facebook hires tens of thousands of moderators to perform content moderation.

If you are building a community, something you can do is to appoint community moderators, similar to how Reddit does it. These customer-users would be engaged to help moderate content -- you can grant them moderating powers as per our guide at https://getchamp.net/guides.

Another thing I am planning is a user point system.

The idea would be that users who are below a certain point cutoff could be prevented from posting, etc.
