As Champ continues to grow, I would like to announce that a nightly maintenance window will be implemented.
What does this mean?
A nightly maintenance window gives us (the guys at Champ) a chance to update our code/infrastructure and/or push out test features at a time when it is least disruptive to our users (you) and your customers
When is this maintenance window?
It will be during 5:00 AM EST - 6:00 AM EST. If the time changes, we will announce it in this thread.
How long will the downtime be?
Downtime will typically be minimal at around 10-20 seconds, and quite possibly 0 down time. However, you should expect down time of up to 30 minutes. This is extremely rare in our experience and has practically never happened unless we require a major infrastructure overhaul. During those circumstances, we will send out a separate email detailing our work.
Will you be performing maintenance every day during those times?
No, but setting an expected window gives every one time to plan as needed, including the merchants (you).
