[Feature Request] Hide forum for anyone but tagged users

There is currently a checkbox to hide certain forums for all users. It would be handy to be able to hide the forum to all those who do not have the tag to view posts or to post in the forum. Having a forum that people can see but cannot access is problematic. They will begin asking how to get in. We would use this for commercial or wholesale customers or possibly for higher tier customer support for large customers.
